What's happening?
This indoor show will feature a display of approximately 50 large model aircraft
with wingspans ranging from 10ft - 22ft. Please note these models will not be flying.
The show will include two special exhibitions.
Tribute Hall to RAF Bomber Command
In celebration of the RAF's 90th Anniversary year, the display will include a Wellington, Lancaster, Vulcan plus one or two other RAF Bombers. RAF Gaydon was once a base for Wellingtons and later V Bombers.
Dawn Patrol
This is a display of WWI aircraft.
Many of the radio controlled aircraft that will be on display have starred in feature films and
throughout the day the museum's Cinema will be showing footage of many of the models flying.
